Every commission is shaped around the person, purpose and intended use of the photographs. These starting prices reflect preparation, photography, professional editing, equipment and consistent visual quality.
Personal Portrait Session prices include VAT. Professional, editorial, team and commercial rates exclude VAT. Every quotation confirms the final scope, deliverables, travel, production costs, usage rights and applicable VAT treatment before booking.

Priority delivery within 3 working days and rush delivery within 24 hours can be quoted on request and remain subject to availability.
USAGE RIGHTS
Personal Portrait Sessions include private, non-commercial use.
Professional Portraits include use on your own website, portfolio, press profile, LinkedIn and organic social media.
Editorial, brand and organisational commissions include only the client, territory, duration and channels stated in the quotation. Copyright remains with the photographer unless agreed otherwise in writing.
Paid advertising, campaign media, third-party use, resale, packaging, merchandise, billboards, international distribution, exclusivity and unrestricted or perpetual use require an additional licence.
TRAVEL AND PRODUCTION
Local travel within 25 kilometres of the agreed starting location is included unless stated otherwise. Additional travel is charged at €0.45 / SEK 5 per kilometre. Significant travel time, public transport, flights, accommodation, parking and tolls are quoted separately.
Studio hire, permits, specialist locations, assistants, styling, hair and make-up, props, equipment rental and extensive commercial retouching are not included unless listed in the quotation.
BOOKING AND CHANGES
A booking payment reserves the agreed date. The amount, remaining balance and payment term are confirmed in the quotation and invoice.
One rescheduling request made more than 7 days before the session can normally be accommodated without an additional photography fee, subject to availability. Later changes and cancellations may incur a fee. Completed preparation and non-recoverable production costs remain payable.
Weather-dependent outdoor sessions can be moved when the agreed visual result cannot reasonably be achieved.
DELIVERY, FILES AND ARCHIVE
Normal delivery is 7–14 working days. Larger commissions may take longer. Portrait clients can receive a private selection gallery. Editorial and commercial selections are made in line with the agreed visual direction.
RAW files and unedited photographs are not delivered. Finished images are supplied as high-resolution and web-ready JPEG files. Delivery galleries normally remain available for 30 days. Delivered files are archived for 12 months, but clients should maintain their own backup.
